for over 20 years.  During this time he has purchased
over 130 properties, and retains about half of these
in his personal portfolio worth approximately 6
million dollars.  
   Robert owns Cat Construction, llc., a builder of
new homes, RLM Properties Ltd.,
MobileHomeBiz.com, RLM Rentals, and Mid Ohio
Real Estate Investors, llc..  Today in addition to
investing, Robert is also an international real estate
coach.  His students reside all over the US, and
Canada.
   Located in Urbana, Ohio, Robert operates a family
business with 9 employees.  RLM Properties, Ltd.
manages approximately 100 rental units in the
Champaign and Montgomery counties.
   Robert also owns RLM Capital Partners, a
company that brings real estate investing to persons
that wish to invest but would rather partner with a
professional they can trust.
